Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We build and ship our products the steady way. That means clear expectations, careful fulfillment, and policies designed to be fair to both our customers and our small team.

Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns.

Each Giant Sequoia shirt is produced specifically for your order, and we encourage customers to review sizing details carefully before purchasing to ensure the best possible fit.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To request an exchange, contact us at giantsequoiaapparel@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right. These cases are evaluated individually, and we may request photos to help assess the issue.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-run items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use


Refunds

We do not offer refunds as a standard policy.

In rare cases involving verified defects or fulfillment errors, a refund may be approved at our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.


International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
