Where are you located?
We’re based in Southern California, just outside of Los Angeles, about an hour from the Sierras and Malibu.
All Giant Sequoia orders ship within the United States only.
We handle fulfillment in two ways. Some orders are produced through trusted U.S.-based print partners, and many are printed and fulfilled by us in-house. We do this intentionally so we can keep a close eye on quality and make sure every shirt meets our standards.
For larger sizes especially, fit matters. That’s why we often handle those orders ourselves. We want the shirt to feel right, wear right, and hold up the way it should.
Steady work, done the right way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet.
Right now, we ship within the United States only. We’re a small brand, and we’ve chosen to focus on what we know and who we know our communities here at home.
We’re building Giant Sequoia the same way the tree grows: slow, steady, and with deep roots first. Expanding internationally is something we’d like to do in the future, but only when we can do it the right way.
No rush. No shortcuts. We’re in this for the long haul.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Because many of our shirts are printed and fulfilled in-house, please allow up to 7 business days for production. After that, delivery typically takes about one additional week, depending on your location.
We take the extra time to make sure each order is done right. Steady work takes a little longer, and it shows in the final product.
What materials are your products made of?
Our tees are made from heavyweight, densely knit cotton designed for everyday wear and long-term use.
Most styles are 100% USA-grown cotton. Some colorways use a cotton–poly blend to help maintain structure and color over time. You’ll always find the exact fabric details listed on each product page.
The fabric has a classic, substantial feel, comfortable without being flimsy, and built to hold its shape through repeat wear and washing. These are the kind of shirts that feel better the more you live in them.
Clean construction and a classic fit keep things simple and functional. No extras you don’t need. Just materials that do their job well.
